Just love old truck, old barns, old windows….etc, and since I
already
have a collection of other models, I need to paint something
for all the GMC lovers!
Feel free to email me with any creative title ideas.
If I use your suggestion, I’ll give you 10% off of

First is my
final sketch which I have masked off to bring the background in without
interfering with the foreground space.
I have lightly layered different shades in the background and then
put in what will be aspen trees.

Here I’ve fine-tuned my background
and got the general shapes in.
Once I have blocked in my truck I will probably go back and finish
filling in the back when the entire shape of the truck has been
established.

I touched up and changed a few
things in the background and will go back to it after the truck is
done. I still have to figure out
what I will fill the space in with on the right side of the truck. Now….just workin on the truck….there
will be a lot of dry brushing and layering colors.
